I am waiting for the Honda Dax.
I am waiting for the Honda Dax.
Not really, my ct goes 90+ miles mostly at WOTBut just 1 gallon of gas, very limiting on a FI bike!
Nice...the steel and cardboard gets used around here. Maybe a little mini hack?I just bought another Dong Fang DF250RTG. I had one several years ago and sold it.
So far so good. Fixing to head to the tag office to get it tagged.
It arrived in a crate.
Put her together with no problems.
Started right up and rode her around the yard.
The crate became another work table in the shop.
Now off to the tag office to get her legal. Wish me luck.
Maybe if I can find a small sidecar to attach to her.Nice...the steel and cardboard gets used around here. Maybe a little mini hack?
Top speed maybe 60?Cool looking bike.
What is the top speed? How is the suspension?
Seat looks a bit thin....
pushrod motor I think, keeps the motor short and the weight low in the motor, like old Triumphs.
I wonder why more motors don't use pushrods. Long stroke is coming back, why not pushrods?
Brett, have you ever read the backstory on the CG125 pushrod motor?Cool looking bike.

Are you going to rebuild? My Dong Fang DF250RTG at our now lot on Sanibel Island thanks to hurricane Ian . I had to put up a fence since idiots were riding on our lot spinning circles leaving big ruts and trash.
The bike is running just fine. She along with my Ural sidecar and an Ice Bear 150 scooter will be up in the mountains of Western North Carolina for the summer at our place. The riding is just wonderful there with curves and elevation changes on pavement and off pavement.
Nope. Going to put it on the market soon. Waiting on a new survey and an appraisal. Are you going to rebuild?
