As far as I know it is only open for hiking and MTB but closed for any motorized traffic....

I was talking to a guy at one of my construction sites, and he mentioned a system of trails in a neighboring town I didn't know about. The last time I was there, it was a few jumps in a park. Now there are a system of user built single track trails down in the river bed following a 4 mile paved city trail. I dug out my old 24" Haro BMX, and my wife and I went to check it out. It was pretty awesome! Not having done much jumping for the last 5 years, I need to spend some more time on the bike before I'll feel good about some of the big doubles.

My wife and I got ebikes a year ago. It made a huge difference in how much we ride. My knees are shot, so ebikes help on the hills.

I have my eye on this, as an all-round/gravel restomod project, but I think they want too much for it. $1000 CAD seems steep, and I'm really only into the frame and fork and the fork I have mixed feeling about. I imagine it's pretty heavy.
