Hello, my name is Jeff and I'm an earplug-aholic. I've tried just about every possible brand and style of earplug known to man and found several over the years that worked well and didnt hurt when wearing for more than a few hours. But the disposables were only half the solution...they were comfortable but they got dirty and I always seemed to run out no matter how many I took on a trip. Once I tried a pair of Big Ear custom fit earplugs, I stopped wearing disposables and even became a rep for Big Ear.
As our products are hand made and custom fit to each ear, we need to set up an in-person appointment for all initial orders. If you are ordering a lab made product, the appointment can be completed in under 15 minutes. If you are getting solid earplugs made on-site, it take 10 minutes plus 45 minutes to finish and be ready to wear.
