Criminality aside, gotta say I'm amazed they lasted this long. Mediocre pricing, mediocre support, longer shipping times than most rivals, and not that great a web site either.

They never had what I needed anyway.

Neither does partzilla, as it turns out, but at least they have the courtesy to send me an email to tell me that they've taken my money and have no idea when they'll have my parts available, despite showing available when I ordered.

I don't take pleasure in seeing any (small) business go down. I, like many of us, relied up BB's parts fiche to find what fits my bike, and I occasionally bought through them to compensate. But yeah, my shopping experience wasn't the best due to long turn around times. I also place orders for things only to find out a week or more later that the part wasn't in stock, with them even encouraging my canceling the order.
