First couple miles with Luna in my side box. She’s rode on canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, but today was her first bike ride.

She did really well once we were underway. She hates being picked up, so loading and unloading was a challange, but she seems to be happy while riding.

We had a group of hunting dogs like that invade our campsite one evening. Best surprise visitors you could ask for.

I aim to misbehave.
It was just over 80º last Wednesday, and Scout wanted to go for a ride!
I thought it might be a good time to get out and look for some fall colors, but it's been raining a bit here, and windy, and a lot of the leaves got knocked off the trees.
Oh well, it was still a good riding day!
I got Scout all loaded up, and we took off!
Today was his first fairly long ride, about 10 miles each way, so I didn't know how he would handle it.
I never should have doubted him! He rode like he's been doing it forever!
So, we got to our destination.
He's never been here before.
We're at the lake!
He loves his baths, but this is more water than he has ever seen!
After we walked around for a bit, I gave Scout a cookie (Milk Bone) and some water, then we packed up for the ride home.
I ride with the sling bag resting on the tank to support his feet, but he decided to just lay down in there and take a little nap on the ride home!
But . . .
After we got home, he tossed his cookies - literally. He chucked his Milk Bone. Maybe it was too much excitement.
Other than that, he was a perfect little rider!
Expect to see him on more rides. He loves it!
