Dual Sport Riding.....on the pavement??

I keep a tow strap on my KLX. I have yet to tow another bike but I did use a tow strap a long time ago to pull a bike out of a nasty mud hole.

I did not have any tow supplies on that ride but I usually have a length of paracord and I know people who carry 1” webbing.
