Kind of figured this would be like the “ southern Humboldt” thread over at that other place.
To get things rolling, I drove across highway 299 between Arcata and Redding yesterday, and there are still quite a few places with controlled traffic.
It did look like most jobs were winding down, but I still lost over a half hour each way.
