Like many of you I really enjoy tinkering and treasure my time in the shop. I have a ten year old grandson and many friends that enjoy working on bikes as well and I thought I would start an ongoing thread of our past and present projects.
Here's a couple of pictures to start things off.

Rear brake peddle enlargement for a R100GS.

Made some S fairing brackets out of stainless steel for an airhead /7.

More to come.

You do great work! I bough a very nice skid plate for my GS from you many years ago. When guys would ask me what brand it was I would smile and say it was a Twin Headlight Ernie.

Thank you for the complements.
It's awesome to be out on a trip a long ways from home and seeing one of my skidplates. It never gets old. I enjoy introducing myself to the bikes owner saying, Hi, I'm the guy that made that!

Here's a picture of a satin black powdercoat skidplate set I made for my own 1992 GS. I sure enjoy making them.
