Multiple fuel tanks each with gauges in the dash, radial calipers up front, tubless spokers, P2 engine of maybe 500cc...

They are riding/testing them in Utah.

Maybe this one will push GPX into 50/49 state cert bikes? No idea, not my kinda scooter, call their HQ if yah want more info.
