I think it's a good looking bike. As for being underpowered and overweight, it's a cruiser. It will likely outperform the RE 350 which seems to be selling well. Success of this bike will depend a lot on price and also how dealers treat it. If they stick it in the corner of the showroom and steer customers towards bigger bikes it will flop. If they push it as a lighter and less expensive bike for shorter riders, especially women and beginners on a budget, it may sell well.
I'm pretty sure we won't see this bike in the US.

The RE 350 has around 20 HP and 430 pounds. It seems to be selling pretty well. Of course it costs less too.
