I just replaced my SV's headlights with LED's earlier this summer. The amount of light they put out compared to the stock (I think) bulbs is impressive. I tried to capture the difference here:
I also used to have LED auxiliary lights mounted down on the bottom of the forks. They were set low and wide compared to the headlights, and were helpful until the mounts broke. I assume the vibration of being on the unsprung section of the fork is what caused that.
