There are 2 125 cc engines. The new engine was first featured in the 2022 GROM with a 5 speed gearbox. It's made its way into the Super Cub first then the Monkey and then the Trail 125.

The only difference is the tranny?
The engine was changed as well. Longer stroke, different tuning and a claimed extra .5 HP. Honda claims an extra 5 mph for the Grom.

Honda redesigned the seat. it's night and day from the 2021 Model. Reminds me more of the Super Cub seat. And with the "new" engine is it, it should be an even better ride than before.
