2017 Husqvarna FE450. Low beam has developed a sudden on off quirk. Just turn the bars to the magic spot (it changes) and the low beam comes on. Move the bars a minute amount and the low beam goes out. High beam is all good. I tried squeezing, pinching, wiggling and shaking and could not recreate the same results as moving the bars. Split the suspected wire bundle open and I found a suspicious wire. Any one else had this issue I found a thread on Thumper Talk that lead me to that part of the harness

Unfortunately they all do that, Sir. Sooner or later.

Riding in sub-zero temperatures and/or on tight forest tracks speeds up the process.

Solder sleeves are an easy and a durable fix.
