Radiator on the van cracked. Had the van towed to a shop. They said it would take a day to get the radiator from the next town, 50 miles away. They agreed to start the project, while I ran to get the radiator. I was back on road that evening.

A buddy and I saw this noob at a gas station in Baker, CA. about 10 - 12 years ago. He was headed to Death Valley same as us.
We invited him to join our loosely knit group and gave him a ration of shit. I still ride with him today.
