Well that's ugly... while I worked for the City garage they occasionally had to pick up a Harley off the street when something happened that it couldn't be ridden back to the shop. At that time (1976) they actually sent a sling-type wrecker out to bring them back since there were no flatbeds yet. I always cringed at the thought of the damage that would happen.Fort Liard NWT is this what you mean by being transported? lol
No need to cringe with this sling transport, my body took the entire dash off and the forks took a big hit , also the rear wheel spokes were completely torn out.
