- Week Riding the Tennessee Dirt Devil October 2023

I got together with a group of friends and to ride the Tennessee Dirt Devil this past Saturday. What is it? It is a loop of paved and dirt roads in south western Tennessee. It is near the Natchez Trace Parkway and north of Howenwald, TN. We spent Friday and Saturday night at a Campground just off the trace. This campground was just 2 hours away from me and less for some of the others but it would be too long of a ride to ride to and from it in one day. It could be done but none of us wanted to do that.

I saw a lot of these signs. The county wants to build a sewage treatment plant on Lick Creek.

I had 160 miles on my odometer at the end of the day. A couple of pics from the campground.

Went to dinner in Howenwald than came back, built a campfire and hung out for a while.
