Yesterday we rode 278 out of Nellsonville to 56 S. jumped on 356 to Mineral and then rode 261 all the way south to Reedsville at the river. Don't ride 261 often but it's been repaved in some areas and repaired in other spots. Great country road to ride south on. We then headed north on 124 along the river to Little Hocking and 555, 676, 376 McConnelsville "Lunch" and 669 back home. Great weather and the Fall colors are great in spots. We took a break at the Bellville Locks & Dam off 124. Clean rest rooms and park area.

Can't like....😥

I know first hand how painful broken ribs can be. Hurts to breathe, move, sleep and just get comfortable.

Salonpas large self-adhesive pads made it tolerable for me.

Rest up and listen to your doctor , if they prescribe pain meds, TAKE THEM .

Heal up and get well my Brother !

😎😎

I Liked your post but only the good parts.

I had no idea that Ohio could be so beautiful!

Man, that pains me to see you down like that. Between that hole and all those leaves that trail looks all around treacherous.

How do they treat an injury like that? I hope you recover quickly. :thumb

Southern Ohio: Below I70 is great for street and ADV.
Update: Rib is pretty much healed, Just take it easy and your body will let you know your boundaries of motion. I did wrap a wide adjustable Belly C.C. Holster I had around my chest just below my Man Boobs and it helped a lot. Now I am recovering from Prostate Removal that was done on the 15th. First three day's hurt on a 8-10 level. I have 5 holes across my gut where the robot entered. Look like I was sprayed with gun fire. I should be all fixed and ready for Winter Bike Service soon and spring ride season.
