Everyone is aware Corvettes are manufactured somewhere, but if you are in south central Kentucky, you are most likely aware that the National Corvette Museum and the Corvette assembly plant are located in Bowling Green.

My first tour of the Corvette assembly plant was in September of 1988 following completion of the SERE course at Fort Bragg. Seeing some new Corvettes helped to re-cage my mind.

Wasn't riding in those days as life and Army career was happening fast. After being reassigned to Fort Campbell in '98, I would start revisiting the plant and the new museum.

Here's a video I just put together showing three of my bikes ridden to see some cool toys.

N Harris Rd just south of Drake, Kentucky. As I approached the area, I was wondering if I'd see a good-looking barn. Then, I saw this old Chevy pickup. Time for a picture. Would have like to ridden back there for a better picture, but it's private property.

Rode the AT to a civil war site in Glasgow, Kentucky. Suspected there still might be a cannon there at the former Fort Williams too.

The land is mostly a cemetery now, but there's a wood fence that represents the former fort.
