Still have my old 1994 with around 52,000 on the clock. Still runs decent but getting tired.

First "L" in '93...XR's Only first shop bike. They freshened her up, shipped to me, I unloaded from the truck and threw it in the back of my truck. Maiden voyage to Mexico. This was at the shrine (or whatever it's called) inside the tunnel to Reale De Catorce.

First XR (75)...Rio Bravo, Texas. I was 12 years old, just saw Marty Smith at the Astrodome sporting #12. I mowed lawns to earn the $$$, dad paid what was left to buy her. I brought her home on a Tuesday, tore the top end open Wednesday, had a buddies mom take us to Pasadena Honda and grabbed new valve seals, installed them Friday and loaded her up Saturday morning and this was the maiden voyage. Dad snapped a pic...Been hooked ever since. 70 or more bikes later, still riding the Honda Thumpers. Lifelong love affair!!!

Sad news, if the Wattner here is the same as on ADVRider- died of a heart attack.
My 2nd (I've owned 3) 650L taken 4/8/2000 just a few hours before I got hit by a pickup and totaled it!
My 3rd and last 650L.
