I have a '02 1150R with the original HES. I know I need to replace it before it strands me. My question is about the Enduralast HSE, anybody have experience with them?

Personally I just rewired mine with high temp wires. From the research I did, this may be a better long term option as the sensors themselves seem to be fairly robust, it's the insulation on the wires that breaks down causing issues.
Good high temp industrial wiring has temp ratings well above the conditions the HES experiences and should be a lifetime fix.

I had one rewired a couple yrs ago for a 1100gs , guy did Outstanding job on it, but bout 2k miles later the top sensor went out. I think I'll replace the whole unit.
