Just swapped out the oil in my shock. Realized I have no idea what pressure the bladder should be.
Any suggestions?

What shock or what bike? I think many are 165psi.

It's a emulsion shock, Chinese mfg. No dampening adjustments, preload adjustable.

Very light bike, 160lbs

Orion FX1 (would upload a pic but the icons are greyed out and my html sucks on the phone)

The shock had little dampening when new. Put some heavier weight oil in before adjusting shim stack.

Generally anything from 8-12 bar (125-170 PSI) is fine. The higher the pressure, the harder the shock feels.

Be careful exceeding 150PSI...Some lower cost bladders are only rated up to 150.

If it is not to much of a PITA try 150 first. Then if the shock is mushy or way to soft go higher.
