I got some pictures over the weekend. I should’ve prepared better because now I’m having trouble finding the “then” pics again.

Here’s one of them. It’s Avon Hall built in 1880.

The file name says 1907 but I have no idea if that’s true.

... creating the 10th Mountain Division. After the war, guys from this unit played a major part in the development of ski resorts in Colorado. The same guy who lobbied to get the camp established (Minnie Dole) also created the National Ski Patrol.
