Thanks. Beautiful Wife found those square "Asian" plates years ago in UT, now anything remotely Asian is required to be served on them. They were all good, the stir fry is my go to for almost any leftover proteins in the fridge. BW just made a batch of potato salad yesterday. I'm looking forward to some of that and some grilled hot dogs for lunch today. (I've finally gotten her trained to always boil two extra eggs for deviled eggs when she makes potato salad. Mmmm.)
