If this in in/from Ireland then your guess is as good as mine. I passed a sign, outside a butcher shop, in Ireland a few years back that was advertising "Fresh Oysters of Pork". Yea, I stopped and asked and got a look at and explanation about Pork Oysters and it ain't what you'd think.

Not lucky imho. We pump the stuff out of the ground here, so it should be much, much cheaper. Too much of the cost is tax and tax on tax and dubious carbon tax on that.
