Ah yes, when MTV was actually about music... I remember how blown away I was seeing it for the first time when cable came to our neighborhood in 1982 and it was less than a year old. It made some bands because they got so much exposure, like Huey Lewis and the News, and it gave some Southern Rock bands a boost as well like 38 Special
A lot going on there, never been much for that style but that track is pretty cool

Yall are killing me. 335 has some busted strings now, another guitar and strings are on the way, I got an equipment fund and the music vortex has tried to consumed me. Even breaking out the bread boards for custom circuits....dang.. hope everyone else enjoyed the thread this much.
