It's just my wife and I, I'm not cooking for a restaurant and how much effort I put into presentation varies. I asked you to share pictures of your creations as a simple desire to see what you're cooking. Much of sounds quite interesting, but you seldom share pictures of it.

This morning I made steak sandwiches in 80mm hamburger buns for the ravenous hordes. I was going to do hamburgers, but I decided to make it easy for myself. Very thinly sliced chuck steak that barely needed to touch the pan, for portion control grated gruyère and whisked egg cooked in egg rings (about 1/3 of an egg per sandwich), tomato puree with a hint of chilli (not that sugary crap), tomato, lettuce and home made mayonnaise. Use your imagination, they were gone as they touched the plate.

A glass of Pomegranate Juice and a bowl of Grits for breakfast. Butter and Black Pepper.

SWMBO will add Cheddar Cheese to hers.

I said I am good!... I had today...750ml of redbull, 100mg of barn aged cheddar, 100mg of salted and peppered pork fat, 5 liters of h20 sprang from a 250 meter deep well.....oh ya 2 grams of sodium bicarbonate
And plus a tylenol!!....living quite large!....pizza was good!

Dinner tonight was Hot Dogs and Beans. But they got the Hermit treatment; Hebrew National Jumbo Beef Franks dirty water style, then grilled along with some slow cooked Bush's Grillin' Beans (Steakhouse Recipe) with added Bell Peppers, Onion and just a touch of Molasses. :dukegirl

Well, now you've got me confused. I always thought Dirty Water was just water with all the hot dog juices in it.

I guess I need to do some homework and start experimenting, but Hebrew Nationals are pretty darn good as is. The nutmeg sounds good, but I don't do ketchup or added salt. Red wine vinegar is for spaghetti and cumin and chili powder is . . . well, Chili. :D
