Behold the 1913 Scripps-Booth Bi-Autogo housed at the Detroit Historical Society. I came across this in a Youtube video. Powered by a 6.3L V8! I guess it hasn't been started in decades because curators are afraid the irreplaceable handmade one-of-a-kind engine might be damaged.

That radiator is wild! Note the wooden spoke wheels- a pity it doesn't show how the rear is driven. I've seen old trucks where the drive hub clamps to the wheel spokes. Its a heck of a lot more interesting than my neighbor's Boss Hoss.

Hard to tell from this photo but it appears to be a chain or belt drive. I can only imagine the thrill those dual leaf springs would cause when cornering.

Too cool! Doesn't look like its driving the spokes, but apparently the hub. A very refined vehicle- it must have been $$$ back in the day. I'm heading up to Maine end of may- would be fun to swing by there and look more closely.
You may want to call the museum first. I read that the Detroit Historical Society has the bike.

Car money went to paying off the loan on the Strom. Paid off the loan in one year. Credit score was around 720 when I was approved a year ago. I wonder what it'll be when the payoff is finally recorded. Now I am 100% debt free!

Congratulations !

Being debt free is so liberating, opens up so many other possibilities.

Got 60" of snow about a week ago at the house and it still hasn't melted. I'm freakin' done with winter!

Whoa. That’s a lot of snow.

That last picture is absolutely amazingly beautiful!

I’m sure I’d feel differently if we got that much snow but I kinda like shoveling. It’s the cold that I get tired of.

I kinda like shoveling as well = just not that much all at one time.
The last pic is of the driveway - it's under there somewhere!

Taxes are extremely low here as well (I live in a small, casino town). But the no shoveling sounds goo right about now. Dunno if I could handle the flatness though.
I would personally take the mountains over flat lands of Florida. The scenery in CO, alone, is worth the trouble dealing with snow.

It's a wonderful feeling
Yes!
