OK, so this is the 3rd time I'm posting a picture of the same bike in this thread, but I'm really happy with how it came out! In the last pic from January there were still a few things not quite finished, including the seat.

Yes, it is "overstuffed". I could shave it down some more but I was basically sitting on the seat pan before I redid it. At least now I have some cushion left after I sit down!
