Me and a friend bought his and her R1200Cs. I plan to fix mine up and flip it most likely. They have been sitting 5 years, so initially we will bring them to my place for a week to fix them up and get them running, then take a week long ride on them on the 18th. After that I will see.

It is called a Telelever. Uses a single shock and fork sliders instead of springs and damping in the forks. It makes for a good ride with no fork dive. The R1200C is BMW's Cruiser, so they stylized it.

It's terrifying for 6' 2" me to ride, but my wife loves it, so all is good.

I was going down a hill in one of the hayfields and it just wouldn't stop. Only has a rear brake. It instantly locked and I just slid the tire about 250' all the way down the hill 😁 Ridiculously good fun.
