My new springer

JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Model. This bike lived in Japan its first 36 years. Being an old 2 stroke guy I have wanted one for more than 20 years. The bike is physically smaller than I would prefer much like my other old vintage bikes. It is what it is. Yamaha only made them for a few years and only sold them in a few countries the US not being one of them. They are very collectible and have a cult like following. My bike has a whopping 5500 Kilometers on it but has tons of surface corrosion from living on island. I am slowly cleaning it up and going through it a little bit at a time.
